Responsible for the end-to-end transformation of raw materials into finished garments. This involves coordinating between the Merchandising, Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing sections to ensure the factory operates at peak efficiency and profitability. Job Description Analyze order volumes and lead times to schedule production across multiple lines, ensuring the factory is neither idle nor over-capacity. Monitor and reduce manufacturing costs by minimizing fabric wastage, optimizing labor hours, and controlling overheads. Accountable for the factory’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma) to eliminate waste and streamline the production flow. Act as the primary liaison between the Merchandiser team and the production floor. Ensure the facility meets international social and technical compliance standards (e.g., BSCI, or brand-specific audits). Job Specifications 10+ years of experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a senior management position. Deep expertise in men's suit (jacket, trousers), shirt, vest, or outdoor/tactical backpack products. Proficiency in ERP software (like SAP or specialized apparel ERPs), or advanced Excel for production scheduling. Understand departmental budgets.
