About The Company: The working venue is in Karawang. Our client is a Japanese Property Company. Currently, they are looking for GA Senior Staff.

Job Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end GA (General Affairs) activities including office, facility, and operational support to ensure seamless daily operations. Ensure workplace facilities, such as buildings and utilities, are well-maintained, safe, and comfortable for all employees and tenants.

Oversee company assets, including inventory, fixed assets, vehicles, and daily operational needs to support manufacturing support functions. Allocate tasks and responsibilities, monitor team performance, and ensure team effectiveness and adherence to deadlines. Develop team capabilities through training and coaching, and maintain discipline and compliance with company standards.

Plan, coordinate, and manage company events such as CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programs, family gatherings, and internal celebrations. Coordinate with external Event Organizers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for successful event execution. Support employee engagement and workplace satisfaction initiatives by implementing feedback and organizing morale-boosting activities.

Manage relationships with vendors for facility maintenance, event services, and other operational supplies. Support the implementation, maintenance, and audit support for the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
