We are seeking a diligent and experienced Furniture Senior Production Manager to join our team at PT Majati Furniture, a leading furniture manufacturer located in Semarang, Central Java. In this full-time, permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing the day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal productivity within our manufacturing facility.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Minimum 5 years experience in production management within the furniture manufacturing; Strong knowledge of production management best practices; Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, 55, Kaizen, & Six Sigma; Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Fluent in English (oral & written); RESPONSIBILITIES; Oversee daily production operations end-to-end; Implement and uphold production best practices & Safety standards; Coordinate production schedules, workflow & resource allocation; Conduct Triple Cross Check for quality & efficiency; Drive continuous improvement (Lean, 35, Kaizen initiatives); Monitor production output, reduce waste & ensure efficient use of materials & resources; Manage & develop production team; Strong leadership & decision-making skills; Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities; Problem-solving & analytical mindset; High integrity & result-oriented; Apply now for this exciting opportunity to be part of our dynamic and growing team!.
