Lead product engineering activities by developing innovative technical solutions, improving manufacturing processes, and ensuring successful product.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, or related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture R&D/Product Development, with managerial experience preferred; Strong knowledge of furniture construction, materials, and manufacturing processes; Familiar with CAD software (CAD 2D and 3D, AutoCAD, SolidWorks,Rendering, SketchUp, etc.); Experience in product development from concept to mass production; Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills; Experience with CNC Machine processes is plus; Able to work under tight deadline; Able to communicate effectively in English; Preference given to the Semarang area.
