Artadia Group is hiring a Furniture Sales Executive to join the Urbanloft team. This is a sales-driven role responsible for promoting and selling premium loose furniture, lighting, and home accessories to interior designers, architects, contractors, developers, corporate clients, and end-users. This role focuses on both showroom sales and project acquisition — including visiting clients, identifying new opportunities, and growing relationships across the interior and property industry. Important: This is not a design or architecture position. You will not be designing spaces — you will be helping clients find the perfect pieces to complete them.
Achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales targets. Present Urbanloft furniture, lighting, and accessories to clients. Handle showroom walk-in customers and convert leads into sales.
Manage and grow relationships with designers, architects, corporate buyers, and homeowners. Identify and pursue new project opportunities in interior firms, contractor companies, developer groups, and hospitality projects. Conduct regular field visits to potential project clients (10+ meetings per week).
Pitch Urbanloft collections for project needs, including loose furniture packages. Build long-term partnerships with key firms to secure continuous project pipelines. Conduct weekly client visits to pitch products and close deals.
Recommend slow-moving, seasonal, or targeted stock based on client requirements. Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until deal closure. Input all meetings, leads, quotes, and pipelines into the CRM system.
