Lead sourcing and supplier strategy for a furniture manufacturer exporting to US & EU hospitality markets. Own the procurement process end-to-end - from RFQ to delivery. YOU'LL OWN Supplier management: source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for price, quality, and reliability.Procurement: issue and track POs in Katana MRP against production forecasts. Cost control: run 3-quote RFQ processes and report on cost variance to management. WHAT WE NEEDInvoicing: reconcile POs, receipts, and vendor bills with the accounting team. Coordination: align daily with Production, PPIC. and Engineering on material needs. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related min. 3 yrs procurement experience in manufacturing.Fluent in English both written or speaking.
Kualifikasi: Negotiation; Proven track record managing supplier contracts & cost; MRP Systems; Comfortable in Katana MRP & Asana wordflows; Materials Know-how; Understands furniture manufacturing sourcing.
