Posisi ini berperan sebagai konsultan fungsional senior yang berfokus pada implementasi Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). Tanggung jawab utama mencakup pengumpulan, analisis, dan penerjemahan kebutuhan bisnis menjadi solusi fungsional yang efektif di dalam sistem. Konsultan akan melakukan analisis proses bisnis, penilaian fit-gap, serta memimpin lokakarya solusi dengan pemangku kepentingan. Selain itu, peran ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengonfigurasi dan mengimplementasikan modul D365 F&O sesuai dengan kebutuhan proyek dan bisnis, serta memastikan integrasi sistem dan migrasi data berjalan dengan lancar.
Tanggung jawab: Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O); Conduct business process analysis, fit-gap assessment, and solution workshops with stakeholders; Configure and implement D365 F&O modules based on project and business requirements.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Minimum 4 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant; Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O); Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle D365 F&O implementation projects; Strong understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain Management business processes; Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution design; Familiarity with data migration, system integrations, and reporting solutions; Strong knowledge of D365 F&O modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Warehouse, or Manufacturing; Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills; Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is an advantage.
