Posisi ini berperan dalam memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan akademik, termasuk menjadi pendamping bagi MT Akademia untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengajaran. Pengajar akan bekerja di bawah arahan tim akademik untuk memastikan kualitas instruksi yang diberikan kepada siswa. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pengajaran langsung di kelas, pengembangan materi ajar, serta melakukan konsultasi dengan siswa atau orang tua untuk mendukung pencapaian tujuan akademik. Selain itu, pengajar akan mengelola Klinik PR untuk membantu siswa mengatasi kendala akademik serta berpartisipasi dalam sesi Class by Class untuk berbagi praktik terbaik dalam lingkungan pendidikan.
Tanggung jawab: Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia; Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s); Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students; Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team; Teach students directly in classroom settings; Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified; Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders; Develop teaching materials and academic assignments.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications; Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches; Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
