Fulfillment Manager

About the role We are seeking an experienced Fulfillment Manager to join PT Duta Intidaya, Tbk. (Watsons Indonesia) in Jakarta on a full-time basis . This is a strategic leadership position within our warehousing, storage and distribution operations, responsible for overseeing the efficient execution of order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics coordination. The Fulfillment Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution network operates at peak performance, directly impacting customer satisfaction and company profitability. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive operational excellence whilst managing a dedicated team in our Jakarta facility.

Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery. Manage inventory levels and stock availability while minimizing stock discrepancies and shortages.

Collaborate with Warehouse, Logistics, Stores, and IT teams to ensure seamless fulfillment processes. Monitor fulfillment performance, service levels, and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Lead, coach, and develop the fulfillment team to achieve business objectives and operational excellence. Resolve operational issues related to inventory, fulfillment, and logistics in a timely manner. Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for business improvements.
