Front Office

About the role Join the dynamic team at PT. ATEJA TRITUNGGAL as a Front Office professional. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. Working in our conveniently located office in Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat, you will be a key part of our hospitality and tourism services. What you'll be doing Ensure the meeting room and showroom facilities are in good condition and ready to receive internal or external guests.

Record the movement of showroom hangers in and out to ensure they remain neat and not folded or damaged. Monitor the stock of showroom consumable and non-consumable items to ensure sufficient and reasonable inventory levels. Report any showroom damage to the VM Supervisor so that repairs can be carried out promptly.

Assist showroom users throughout the meeting/event to provide support and ensure smooth operations. Ensure all lights and air conditioning units are turned off, and the showroom doors are locked before leaving / after working hours to maintain showroom security. Supervise the work of the Showroom to maintain cleanliness and ensure the showroom is always ready to receive guests.

What we're looking for Diploma 3 (D3) in Hospitality Min GPA : 3.00
