Front Desk Officer

Location: Pererenan, Bali Employment Type: Full-time We're looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Front Desk Officer to become the face of our padel club in Pererenan. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring the club operates smoothly. Welcome members and guests with a warm and professional attitude. Manage court bookings, memberships, and customer inquiries. Handle check-ins, payments, and daily transactions accurately.

Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media inquiries promptly. Assist with member registrations and maintain accurate customer records. Coordinate with coaches and operations staff to ensure smooth daily activities.

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable. Support club events, tournaments, and promotional activities when needed. Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, or a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia is required. Additional languages are a plus. Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused personality.
