Fresh Section Assistant Manager (Premium Supermarket) Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of Fresh Departments to ensure product quality, availability, and operational excellence. Lead and develop the Fresh team to achieve sales targets, productivity, and outstanding customer service. Ensure proper stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and effective stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to minimize shrinkage and waste.

Maintain high standards of merchandising, product presentation, and freshness across all Fresh categories. Monitor departmental performance, analyze sales trends, and implement improvement initiatives to maximize profitability. Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and company operating standards.

Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Store Operations to maintain optimal product availability. Support Store Management in achieving overall operational and financial objectives. Qualifications
