Freight Staff Replacement for maternity leave

Job Responsibilities Conduct vendor price comparisons (canvassing) to identify competitive freight and logistics rates. Coordinate and obtain approval for vendor pricing from relevant stakeholders.

Maintain and update records of approved vendors. Update daily freight rate data in the I2I system. Prepare weekly actual freight cost reports and analyze freight cost trends by comparing current week performance against previous periods.

Ensure accurate and timely administration of freight pricing data. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including reporting.

Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation industries is an advantage. Willing to work on a 6-month contract basis to cover a maternity leave replacement.
