• We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Executive who enjoys developing new business opportunities and building long-term customer relationships
• This is a hunting sales position. We are looking for someone who actively finds new customers in the market, not someone who only waits for company-provided leads
• Identify and develop new customers for Sea Freight, Air Freight, Customs Clearance, and Logistics services
• Conduct customer visits and business presentations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Understand customer logistics requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations together with the Pricing team
• Follow up quotations and negotiate with customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and gross profit objectives
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports
• Minimum 2 years of Freight Forwarding Sales experience
• Proven experience in developing new business (Hunting Sales)
• Good knowledge of Sea Freight, Air Freight, Import & Export
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Able to work independently
• Own vehicle is preferred
• Existing customer network is an advantage
