LogyFun membuka kesempatan bagi Freelance English Tutor yang antusias untuk menyampaikan pelajaran bahasa Inggris secara terstruktur, menarik, dan efektif. Posisi independen ini bersifat sepenuhnya jarak jauh (fully remote) dengan jadwal kerja fleksibel. Pengajar bertugas menyampaikan materi secara online, menyesuaikan pendekatan dengan berbagai latar belakang siswa, serta memantau perkembangan belajar mereka.
Tanggung jawab: 1. English Language Proficiency and Pedagogical Knowledge; 2. Understanding Learners’ Needs; 3. Creating a Supportive Learning Environment; 4. Adapting Instruction During Lessons; 5. Monitoring and Assessing Student Progress; 6. Collaboration and Professionalism.
Kualifikasi: 1. English Language Proficiency; Minimum CEFR B2 proficiency for teaching beginner to lower-intermediate classes; Minimum CEFR C1 proficiency for teaching upper-intermediate and advanced classes, IELTS preparation, or complex professional English; English proficiency must be assessed during the recruitment process and should not be determined solely by self-reported ability or certificates; 2. Teaching Competence; Ability to prepare structured lesson plans and facilitate meaningful speaking practice; Ability to explain grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation clearly; Ability to provide appropriate error correction and explain teaching decisions; 3. Relevant Experience or Training; Previous English teaching experience is an advantage; TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or other relevant teaching qualifications are desirable; Relevant certifications are considered an advantage but do not replace a teaching demonstration; 4. Program-Specific Requirements; Candidates applying to teach English for Kids should demonstrate the ability to engage and manage young learners effectively; Candidates applying to teach English for Specific Purposes (ESP) should be willing to understand students’ professional contexts and work with relevant industry-specific materials; 5. Technical and Operational Readiness; Ability to conduct online classes using Google Meet; Ability to organize and manage learning materials through Google Classroom; Willingness to follow LogyFun’s teaching guidelines, class procedures, and reporting requirements; Experience teaching conversational English; Ability to design interactive and student-centered learning activities; Experience teaching at language institutions or through online learning platforms; Experience working with students from diverse age groups and backgrounds.
