Posisi Senior Lead Teacher menuntut Anda untuk mewakili sekolah dalam berbagai presentasi, sesi pitching, pertemuan orang tua, open house, acara sekolah, dan kegiatan promosi lain yang membutuhkan kemampuan komunikasi serta public speaking yang kuat. Anda akan membangun dan memelihara hubungan positif melalui komunikasi yang jelas, interaktif, dan profesional dengan anak-anak, orang tua, kolega, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Tugas utama Anda meliputi penyampaian presentasi yang menarik dan persuasif kepada calon orang tua untuk menjelaskan program sekolah, kurikulum, pendekatan pembelajaran, kegiatan, serta lingkungan belajar secara keseluruhan. Anda juga bertanggung jawab untuk memantau dan menilai perkembangan serta kemajuan anak, menangani kebutuhan belajar individual, mendukung perkembangan emosional, sosial, dan kognitif melalui aktivitas yang sesuai dengan usia, serta berkolaborasi dengan tim pengajar guna memastikan pengalaman belajar yang positif dan menarik. Selain itu, Anda berperan dalam menjaga standar organisasi, kebersihan, dan keselamatan kelas, serta aktif memberikan penjelasan program edukasi, merancang aktivitas belajar yang kreatif dan adaptif, serta berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa Inggris lisan maupun tulisan secara mahir.
