Fraud Surveillance Officer - Jogja Based

About the role This is a function to receive and review Fraud alerts then to apply proper analysis to determine whether alerts warrant an investigation. The job requires practical experience in dealing with the complexity Fraud aspect in the financial environment among others in identifying and analyzing Fraud alerts to establish clear decisions over a particular transaction. Work responsibilities

Perform day-to-day operations to monitor transactional data and account activities for signs of potential fraud and anomalies, including urgent requests/queries and aged items. Conduct fraud investigations to detect suspicious transaction data to identify pattern and trends Investigate alerts and anomalies to identify fraudulent activity.

Communicate findings to management and stakeholders. Document investigations findings and case details including escalates and assists with resolutions in accordance with established procedures. Perform through investigation to solve fraud related cases within agreed SLA including probing customers, asking additional data.

Job requirements Min 1 year of experience as Fraud Analyst or related position. Min bachelor’s degree in any major.

Possess good problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to details and ability to gather information from various online sources and community groups. Job Requirement
