The Franchise Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end franchise operations within a scaling organization. This role encompasses the entire lifecycle of franchise management, from initial document preparation and conducting location surveys to the execution of strategic marketing plans. Beyond operational tasks, the manager acts as a key representative of the company, meeting with prospective and existing partners to present business concepts and cultivate strong, professional relationships.
