A technical leadership role based in Cipondoh. The Foreman is responsible for managing automotive repair operations, diagnosing complex vehicle issues, and ensuring high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety standards.
Tanggung jawab: Analyzing and diagnosing car problems; Assisting mechanics in diagnosing complex mechanical or electrical problems in vehicles; Ensuring repair quality and enforcing safety regulations and procedures; Maintaining customer satisfaction; Providing input to Service Advisors about customer vehicle repairs.
Kualifikasi: SMK/STM diploma or equivalent; Min 3 years of experience working as Foreman; Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components; Commitment to quality workmanship; Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
