The Food Product Developer will lead the development of new food products from ideation, formulation, and testing to commercial production. This role involves conducting market and food trend research to identify new product opportunities, developing formulations, and evaluating product quality including taste, texture, aroma, and stability. The developer will also prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and product specifications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
