Posisi Floor Manager JDS Batam bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap pengelolaan operasional harian di area lantai toko atau area penjualan yang ditugaskan. Peran ini berfokus pada penciptaan pengalaman berbelanja yang luar biasa melalui pelayanan pelanggan yang optimal, pengawasan staf, serta pengelolaan aspek komersial demi tercapainya target penjualan dan tujuan organisasi. Tanggung jawab harian mencakup penyediaan layanan pelanggan yang responsif, membantu kelangkaan operasional rekan kerja di toko, melakukan pengecekan produk sebelum jam operasional buka dan tutup, serta mengatur penjadwalan serta penugasan karyawan. Di samping itu, pengelola lantai toko juga bertanggung jawab mengawasi lalu lintas barang dagangan dan mengendalikan inventaris guna meningkatkan penjualan serta profitabilitas toko.
