Description: Oversee and manage the design of the tenant and ensure that the regulations are suitable and implemented according to the standard
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the design of the tenant and ensure that the regulations governing the main design are suitable for the tenant and are updated and implemented according to the standards
- Supervise Fit Out Team
- Maintaining the environment of the mall/shopping centre
- Reviewing the design and monitoring fit-out work
- Coordinating with related departments
- Making fit-out reports
- Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably a Supervisor specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
- Full-Time position(s) available
- Good communication, honest, hard worker & able to work under pressure
- Good command in English, written & oral, is a must
- Computer literate (MS. Office, SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3D Design, Photoshop, etc.)
- Willing to work in Lippo Mall Puri
