The Fit Out Head is responsible for overseeing and managing all tenant fit-out projects within a mall environment. This role spans the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design review to final handover. The position requires strong coordination skills to manage relationships with tenants, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with mall standards.
