A Fire System Maintenance Engineer ensures full readiness of fire protection systems, minimizes safety risks, maintains compliance with NFPA and local codes, and protects people, assets, and operations from fire hazards. · Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on all fire protection systems · Troubleshoot faults in:

o VESDA o Fire alarm panels (FAP) o Smoke/heat detectors

o Manual call points o Sprinkler systems o Fire pumps (jockey, electric, diesel)

o Hydrant systems o Gas suppression systems (FM200, NOVEC 1230, CO₂) o Emergency lighting & exit signs

· Test and calibrate detectors, modules, and notification devices · Ensure proper zoning, address mapping, and panel configuration · Verify communication between FAP, BMS, and monitoring systems
