Financial Controller Head of Department - Manufacturing

Our Client are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Finance / Financial Controller to lead the company’s overall Finance, Accounting & Tax function. This is a strategic and operational leadership position with direct exposure to the Board of Directors and expatriate Owner Representatives . The successful candidate will not only oversee financial reporting and controls, but will also be deeply involved in the company’s manufacturing operations, costing, inventory, supply chain-related finance, import & export activities, and overall business performance .

You will lead a complete Finance, Accounting & Tax team, including a Finance/Accounting Manager who will report directly to this position. The ideal candidate is someone who can bridge the gap between finance and manufacturing operations — understanding not only the numbers, but also how production processes, costing, inventory, procurement, import/export, and commercial activities impact the company’s profitability. Lead and oversee the company’s entire Finance, Accounting & Tax function.

Establish and maintain strong financial controls, policies, procedures, and governance. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting. Ensure accurate and timely management reporting for the BOD and Owner Representatives.

Provide financial analysis, business insights, and recommendations to support management decision-making. Monitor cash flow, working capital, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance. Ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
