Tanggung jawab: Analyse financial data related to property portfolios, including revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics; Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses for commercial property operations; Develop and maintain financial models to support property valuation, investment appraisal, and lease analysis; Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for property management activities; Conduct feasibility studies for new property acquisitions and leasing opportunities; Review and analyse lease agreements to assess financial implications and rental income projections; Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders; Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements within property operations; Support the development of pricing strategies for commercial leasing and sales; Collaborate with the property management team to ensure accurate financial tracking and compliance.
