Finance Team Leader

Geniux Cleantech is seeking an experienced Finance Team Leader to join our Sanur office. In this role, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Procurement , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes. This is a full‑time leadership opportunity where you will directly contribute to the financial strength of a fast‑growing cleantech organisation committed to bettering humanity and our natural world with every action we take .

You will have to work closely with other Operational Managers, so it is important that you have experience doing this, communicating well with others in an effective manner. Candidates must possess valid Indonesian work authorisation at the start of employment. Working closely with and supporting the Group Finance Manager , you will lead the finance operations team and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time, including:

Leading and supporting the AP, AR, and Procurement teams Overseeing daily financial operations with strong internal controls and compliance Managing AR collections and resolving overdue accounts to maintain healthy cashflow

Ensuring timely and accurate AP and Procurement processing, including supplier management Performing daily bank reconciliations and reviewing general ledger accuracy Assisting with weekly cashflow forecasts and monthly financial reporting

Maintaining accurate customer and supplier data in Zoho and other finance systems Supporting treasury operations, including payments and transfers Fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
