Finance & Tax Officer

Maintain accurate financial records across all sales channels and warehouses Reconcile marketplace settlements, bank statements, and inventory-related accounts Prepare monthly financial reports and support management with clear, timely numbers

Track receivables/payables and follow up on outstanding B2B accounts Conduct regular stock opname (twice monthly, on weekends) across all warehouses, including occasional travel to out-of-town locations, and reconcile physical counts against system records Assist with budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and cost analysis

Support tax compliance (PPN, PPh) and coordinate with external accountants/auditors Flag discrepancies early and help improve financial processes as we scale Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2–3 years of hands-on finance/accounting experience (retail, distribution, or e-commerce a strong plus) Solid grasp of Indonesian accounting standards and tax basics (PPN, PPh)

Confident with accounting software (e.g. Accurate, Jurnal, SAP) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets Sharp eye for detail and strong analytical instincts Able to work independently
