Finance Staff

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting. Understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Flow Management, and Bank Reconciliation processes.

Knowledge of basic financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, etc.). Familiarity with accounting software such as Accurate, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is an advantage.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain accuracy in financial records. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of company financial information. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English or Mandarin is an advantage.
