This is an on-site, full-time role for a Finance & Operations Admin, located in Sleman, Yogyakarta. The Finance & Operations Admin will be responsible for both daily financial bookkeeping and providing comprehensive operational administrative support. Daily tasks will involve performing financial transaction bookkeeping (income and expenses), managing petty cash in accordance with company SOPs, drafting invoices, and assisting with basic bank reconciliations. Additionally, the role involves working alongside internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations, recapitulating basic administrative data, and managing document filing to ensure all financial and operational records remain highly organized, accurate, and transparent for the entire team.

Key Responsibilities: Perform daily financial transaction bookkeeping (income and expenses). Manage, record, and report daily petty cash usage along with complete transaction receipts in accordance with the company's SOP.

Draft invoices and assist with the billing administration process for clients or vendors. Assist in basic bank reconciliation processes to match bank statements with internal records. Recapitulate and manage basic administrative data.

Provide administrative support and document filing to support the team's daily operational activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or a related field.
  • Good understanding of the basic accounting cycle and journal entry procedures.
  • Familiar with and able to operate accounting software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Highly detail-oriented, honest, and accustomed to working with well-organized data and documents.
  • Proactive, communicative, and able to coordinate well within a team.
