Manage & oversee daily finance operations, including Account Payable, Account Receivable, billing, payment processing, reimbursement, petty cash, and cash flow monitoring. Monitor cash inflow and outflow to ensure all financial transactions are accurate, complete, timely, and in accordance with company procedures and contractual terms. Review and control AP and AR aging, follow up outstanding payments, and coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth billing and collection processes.Ensure all payment requests, vendor invoices, customer invoices, and supporting documents are properly verified, recorded, and approved before processing. Monitor budget realization, cost control, and expense allocation to ensure spending is aligned with company budget and operational needs. Supervise the preparation of journal entries, monthly closing, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Ensure proper tax administration related to company transactions, including Income Tax, withholding tax, and VAT, in accordance with applicable tax regulations. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all finance and accounting documents are properly filed and traceable. Support internal reporting, audit requirements, and continuous improvement of finance and accounting procedures.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.; Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role experience in Finance, Accounting, or Finance Operations; Strong understanding of Account Payable, Account Receivable, billing, payment process, cash flow control, petty cash, and bank transactions.; Good understanding of Income Tax, withholding tax, and VAT. Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.; Familiar with accounting software or ERP systems.; Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.; High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.; Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.; Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.; Experience in trading company, distribution, engineering, construction, or manufacturing company is preferred.
