Deskripsi Pekerjaan
FINANCE MANDARIN We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Mandarin Speaker to manage financial operations, prepare reports, and coordinate with Chinese management. The ideal candidate has strong financial knowledge, excellent Mandarin communication skills, and experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting. Experience in a manufacturing company is highly preferred. Fluent in Mandarin (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) .
Proficient in English is an advantage. Financial Statements General Ledger
Accounts Payable & Receivable Cash Flow Management Budgeting & Forecasting
Cost Accounting Familiar with Indonesian Tax Regulations is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Kingdee, U8, or similar).
Kualifikasi
- Experience working with Chinese companies
- Experience communicating directly with Chinese management
- Knowledge of manufacturing cost control and inventory accounting
- Mandarin proficiency equivalent to HSK 4–6 is preferred
Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily finance and accounting activities
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Monitor cash flow and company budgets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Coordinate with tax and external auditors
- Communicate financial matters with Chinese management in Mandarin
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Perform other finance-related duties assigned by management
