Posisi Finance Manager Operational memegang kendali strategis dalam pengelolaan keuangan, akuntansi, dan perpajakan perusahaan secara menyeluruh. Peran ini sangat vital dalam menjaga kesehatan finansial serta memastikan ketersediaan dana operasional proyek yang optimal. Tanggung jawab utama Anda meliputi pengelolaan arus kas (cash flow management) dan proyeksi kebutuhan dana, pengontrolan anggaran biaya operasional proyek (budget vs actual), pengelolaan piutang (AR) dan hutang (AP), serta pengontrolan pembayaran kepada vendor dan supplier. Anda juga bertanggung jawab dalam perencanaan keuangan dan penyusunan anggaran, analisis biaya proyek dan cost control, pembuatan laporan keuangan, rekonsiliasi bank, koordinasi perpajakan, pengelolaan kas kecil site, serta verifikasi dan persetujuan dokumen pembayaran guna memastikan efisiensi biaya secara keseluruhan.
Kualifikasi: Finance Manager – Operational; Requirements:; Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial/supervisory position; Experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC, mining, or project-based companies is preferred; Strong knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting, cost control, AP/AR, financial reporting, and taxation; Experienced in managing project/site operational finance and multi-site cash flow; Able to monitor Budget vs Actual and identify potential cost overruns; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems; Strong analytical, leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; High integrity, accuracy, and strong financial control mindset; Willing to travel or be assigned to project/site locations.
