Finance Manager untuk sektor Luxury Hospitality bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengawasi seluruh fungsi keuangan, akuntansi, dan pengendalian operasional, termasuk untuk unit villa. Peran ini memastikan pelaporan keuangan yang akurat, efektivitas pengendalian biaya, kepatuhan regulasi, serta perencanaan keuangan yang solid untuk mendukung keunggulan operasional dan profitabilitas. Tanggung jawab: Oversee daily accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, payroll coordination, and inventory accounting.; Prepare and review monthly financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.; Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing in accordance with PSAK and company policies.; Consolidate financial reports for hospitality units and provide analysis to management.; Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections for hospitality operations.; Monitor departmental expenses and conduct variance analysis against budgets.; Implement and maintain effective cost control systems for Rooms, F&B, and other operating departments.; Work closely with department heads to optimize cost efficiency and profitability..
