Finance Manager

We are recruiting a Finance Manager for WESORT Indonesia. This role will oversee the companys financial, tax, capital, internal control, inventory, accounts receivable and payable, and operational analysis functions. It is not merely a routine accounting position but serves as the companys Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operational Risk Officer. We require candidates to be well-versed in Indonesias local tax and financial policies, understand compliance requirements for PT/PMA foreign-funded companies, and possess experience in manufacturing, machinery equipment, trading firms, or foreign enterprises. They should be capable of establishing comprehensive financial processes from scratch to help companies achieve clear accounting records, tax compliance, financial security, cost control, effective reporting, and proactive risk identification.

Resposibilities : Ensure that the Indonesian company maintains clear accounting records, accurate data, and complete documentation; Ensure compliance with local Indonesian tax regulations to avoid tax risks and penalties;

Establish financial internal control systems for payments, reimbursements, cash management, banking operations, inventory management, and accounts receivable and payable; Prepare monthly financial statements and operational analyses to help management clearly understand actual profits and cash flow; Support the business growth of Indonesian companies and assist with financial management across sales, after-sales service, warehousing, and operations.

Requirement : Bachelors Degree or higher in finance, accounting, taxation or related financial fields. At least 5-8 years of financial work experience.
