The Finance& HR Administrative Staff is responsible for supporting the school’s finance, HR, and general administrative functions. This role ensures that employee records, financial documents, administrative processes, and operational documentation are maintained accurately and efficiently to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the school. Placement : SMA Kemala Taruna Bhayangkara (Gunung Sindur, Kabupaten Bogor) Record, organize, and file invoices, receipts, and payment documents. Assist in processing employee reimbursements and petty cash transactions. Prepare supporting documents for payments and financial reporting. Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems. Assist in tracking expenses and organizing supporting documentation. Support month-end finance administration and document reconciliation. Perform other HR and finance administrative duties as assigned. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personnel documentation. Support on-site onboarding and offboarding administration. Administer employee attendance, leave, and other HR records. Prepare HR-related documents, including employment certificates and letters. Assist with payroll preparation and employee data updates. Support BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
Kualifikasi: Previous experience working in a school or educational institution; Familiarity with payroll administration, employee benefits, and BPJS administration; Experience handling financial documentation, reimbursements, and administrative reporting.
