Finance Control Specialist

Delonix Group Indonesia is looking for a Finance Control Specialist to support financial data reconciliation and finance operations. This role is suitable for candidates who are strong with numbers, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data from multiple systems, including hotel PMS, OTA platforms, payment gateways, and internal business platforms. Reconcile income data between Betterwood and the hotel PMS system.

Reconcile revenue data between OTA platforms and the hotel PMS system. Reconcile revenue data between Doku Payment Gateway and the Betterwood platform. Calculate Time Value Membership, booking commissions, and membership.

Calculate Better Card sales turnover. Support other finance-related tasks for Betterwood Baida House. Ensure financial data is accurate, complete, and properly documented.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Statistics, Financial Management, Information Systems, or related relevant fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant working experience will be preferred.

Strong numerical analysis and data processing skills. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are required. Familiarity with AI tools in daily work will be an advantage.
