Posisi Financial Business Partner – Supply Chain Management bertindak sebagai jembatan penting antara departemen Keuangan dan Rantai Pasok (Supply Chain) dengan menerjemahkan kinerja operasional menjadi dampak finansial yang terukur. Peran ini bertanggung jawab memberikan rekomendasi berbasis data untuk mendukung efisiensi biaya, optimalisasi modal kerja, peramalan finansial, serta pengambilan keputusan strategis bisnis secara keseluruhan di lingkungan perusahaan yang dinamis.

Tanggung jawab: We are looking for a Financial Business Partner – Supply Chain Management to partner closely with our Supply Chain organization and provide financial insights to support business performance, cost efficiency, working capital optimization, and sustain; This role will act as a bridge between Finance and Supply Chain by translating operational performance into financial impact and providing data-driven recommendations to support business decisions; Key Responsibilities:; Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process for Supply Chain functions; Monitor and analyze actual performance versus budget, forecast, and prior year; Provide financial insights and recommendations to Supply Chain management to support business and operational decisions; Monitor and analyze end-to-end Supply Chain costs, including manufacturing, procurement, raw materials & packaging, warehousing, logistics, transportation, distribution, and inventory costs; Identify opportunities for cost saving, cost avoidance, productivity improvement, and operational efficiency; Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial, and other stakeholders to evaluate business initiatives and financial implications; Develop and evaluate business cases for initiatives such as capacity expansion, make-or-buy decisions, warehouse optimization, transportation strategy, inventory optimization, automation, and digitalization; Monitor inventory, working capital, inventory days, and slow-moving/obsolete inventory, and identify opportunities for improvement; Perform variance analysis, root-cause analysis, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis to identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities; Support CAPEX evaluation and post-investment review to ensure financial returns and benefits are aligned with approved business cases; Prepare monthly business and financial performance reviews for Supply Chain management; Translate operational KPIs into financial impact and actionable business insights; Drive data-driven decision making and continuously challenge business assumptions from a financial and commercial perspective.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering , or a related field; Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Management Accounting, Supply Chain Finance, Commercial Finance, Business Finance, or related roles; Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, distribution, or consumer goods is highly preferred; Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner or experience supporting Supply Chain functions is a strong advantage; Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis, cost management, and business case development; Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes , including procurement, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights; Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with SAP/ERP, Power BI, or other financial planning tools is an advantage; Strong business acumen with a good understanding of the relationship between operational drivers and financial performance; Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills; Able to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels, including senior management; Proactive, commercially minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; Professional certifications such as CMA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA are an advantage.
