Perusahaan penyedia layanan keuangan dan teknologi finansial (fintech) terdepan sedang mencari profesional yang analitis dan peka terhadap data untuk bergabung sebagai Finance - Business Development Specialist. Posisi ini berperan penting dalam mendorong analisis data komersial, evaluasi proyek strategis, serta pertumbuhan bisnis secara keseluruhan melalui pendekatan berbasis data yang kuat. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan analisis data keuangan dan komersial yang komprehensif, mengevaluasi struktur biaya, potensi pendapatan, profitabilitas, serta kebutuhan pendanaan untuk peluang bisnis baru. Tugas lainnya meliputi pengembangan proposal komersial, pemodelan keuangan, pengelolaan komunikasi dan eksekusi proyek bersama mitra strategis, pengontrolan anggaran, serta kolaborasi lintas fungsi dengan departemen keuangan, operasional, dan legal guna memastikan implementasi proyek berjalan sukses.
Tanggung jawab: We are looking for a highly analytical and data-sensitive Finance - Business Development Specialist with a strong background in financial services/fintech to drive commercial data analysis, project evaluation, and strategic business growth; Financial & Commercial Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis for business projects and commercial initiatives; Project Evaluation & Financial Modeling: Assist in evaluating cost structures, revenue potential, profitability, and funding requirements for new business opportunities and proposals; Proposal & Return Analysis: Participate in developing commercial proposals, financial models, and return analyses; Partner Communication & Execution: Follow up on business communications with partners, contract execution, and end-to-end project implementation; Reporting & Budget Control: Organize and report business and financial metrics regularly; assist in developing budgets, commercial targets, and cost control plans; Monitoring & Anomaly Detection: Analyze revenue, cost, profitability, and fund utilization to identify abnormalities and provide actionable improvement recommendations; Reconciliation & Settlement: Handle reconciliation, settlement, and verification of business-related expenses for partnership projects; Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Finance, Business Development, Operations, Legal, and other teams to drive project execution; Market & Industry Intelligence: Track financial market developments to provide data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making; Job Requirements; Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Experience: 1–3 years of experience in finance, business development, financial services, or commercial analysis; Industry Background: Preferred experience in Banking, Fintech, P2P Lending, Payment Services, Consumer Finance, Gold Pawn, or related financial sectors; Financial Acumen: Strong financial fundamentals and commercial sensitivity; familiar with budgeting, revenue/cost analysis, and financial projections; Analytical Tools: Proficient in spreadsheets and financial analysis tools with strong data processing capabilities; Language: Fluent in English (written & spoken); Skills: Excellent business communication, negotiation, project coordination, risk awareness, and problem-solving abilities.
