Aksoro membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk memimpin operasional keuangan, akuntansi, dan perpajakan secara menyeluruh melalui posisi Finance Accounting Tax Supervisor. Dalam peran strategis ini, Anda akan bertanggung jawab memastikan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang akurat dan tepat waktu, menjaga kepatuhan penuh terhadap peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku di Indonesia, serta memberikan wawasan keuangan yang mendalam untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan bisnis perusahaan. Tanggung jawab harian Anda mencakup pengelolaan siklus end-to-end keuangan, akuntansi, dan pajak, penyusunan analisis anggaran dan arus kas, peninjauan jurnal dan rekonsiliasi, serta pengawasan perencanaan dan pelaporan pajak. Anda juga akan berkoordinasi secara aktif dengan auditor eksternal, otoritas pajak, dan lintas departemen, serta membimbing staf keuangan junior guna mencapai keunggulan operasional di lingkungan kerja yang berlokasi di Yogyakarta dengan sistem kerja WFO.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage end-to-end finance, accounting, and tax operations; Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flows; Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes; Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting records; Oversee tax planning, reporting, and compliance in line with Indonesian regulations; Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and other external parties; Provide strategic financial insights and mentor junior finance team members; Requirements.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Minimum 4-5 years experience in finance, accounting, and tax operations; Strong ability to analyze transactions and their impact on financial statements; Solid knowledge of Indonesian taxation, preferably Brevet A/B certified; Proficient in Mekari, Jurnal.id, and advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheet; High integrity, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure; Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta (WFO).
