AIM Logistics PT Anggaraksa Internasional Multimoda (AIM Logistics) is a transportation company specializing in Dangerous Goods logistics, serving clients in the Oil & Gas and Mining industries. The Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff role is responsible for supporting daily financial, accounting, and taxation activities. This includes managing financial reporting, tax administration, invoicing, payments, and the administration of company licenses and corporate documents to ensure operational compliance.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance; Prepare monthly and annual tax reports and support tax-related queries; Prepare and maintain accurate invoices, payments, and receipts; Support the administration of company licenses, permits, registrations, and contracts; Maintain proper documentation and monitor the validity and expiry dates of corporate licenses and permits; Coordinate renewal and follow-up processes with relevant internal departments and external parties.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Fiscal Administration, or a related field; Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Tax; Brevet A & B certification is preferred; Good understanding of finance, accounting, and taxation administration.
