Lead Finance, Accounting & Tax in a manufacturing company, driving financial strategy, compliance, reporting, and business growth.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and oversee the Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting; Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards; Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, treasury, and financial planning activities; Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and manage tax planning, tax reporting, and tax audits; Develop and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and operational procedures; Partner with business leaders by providing financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business growth; Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies; Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance, Accounting & Tax team while driving continuous process improvements.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage); Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, including at least 5 years in a managerial or senior managerial role; Mandatory experience in a manufacturing company; Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, costing, treasury, internal controls, and Indonesian taxation; Proven experience in handling financial audits, tax audits, and regulatory compliance; Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA; Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills; Willing to work in Cibitung, Bekasi.
