Finance Accounting Tax Manager - Mandarin Speaker (East Java)

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company with a strong market presence and ambitious expansion plans. They are currently seeking an experienced Mandarin Speaking Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager & Deputy Manager to lead their finance team and strengthen financial governance within the organization.

Lead and oversee the overall Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.

Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance with prevailing regulations. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and relevant government authorities. Develop, implement, and continuously improve internal controls, financial processes, and reporting systems.

Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to the finance team while fostering a collaborative working environment. Work closely with local and overseas stakeholders, including Mandarin-speaking counterparts, on financial matters and business initiatives. Support management with strategic recommendations based on financial insights and operational performance.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation , or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 2 years in a managerial or assistant managerial capacity . Prior experience within the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
