We are a well-established international company with over 22 years of global presence and more than a decade of operations in Jakarta, specializing in high-end building materials and home living products. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a highly capable Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to oversee financial operations, accounting management, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting across the company. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, leadership, and the ability to coordinate closely with management in a fast-paced business environment.Oversee daily finance and accounting operations of the company Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and management reports Monitor company cash flow, operational expenses, and financial transactionsSupervise bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial documentation Ensure proper implementation of accounting procedures and internal controls Coordinate monthly and yearly financial closing processesHandle company taxation matters including PPh, VAT, and related tax reporting Ensure company compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial requirements Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, and related partiesPrepare and review tax documents, financial reports, and supporting documentation Monitor updates related to tax regulations and accounting standards Coordinate with management regarding budgeting, financial planning, and operational cost control
Kualifikasi: Experience working in import, retail, building materials, manufacturing, or trading industry is preferred; Experience working in Chinese/international company environment is preferred; Familiar with operational finance and cross-department coordination; Candidates with strong execution and management capability will be prioritized.

Kualifikasi
