Finance & Accounting Supervisor - KENDAL

Job Purpose The Finance and Accounting Supervisor (Kendal Placement) is responsible for managing the day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The Supervisor ensures timely reconciliation and reporting of all financial statements and prepares financial analyses for all stakeholders. Key Accountabilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Finance & Accounting department Prepare the company's financial reports periodically Lead and ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

Control the use of the budget to ensure the use of funds effectively and efficiently in supporting the company's operational activities Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the general ledger Monitor to ensure that all daily accounting records are accurate and up-to-date

Performing timely and accurate month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, as well as ensuring that accounting schedules are updated and accurate. Check and record all payment vouchers and make sure the journal and expenses are posted on the proper post Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in or above in Accounting, Finance, and Taxation Minimum 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related with at least 1 year in a supervisory role from FMCG Company.
