Finance & Accounting Staff

Record, classify, and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system. Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, journal entries, and other financial documents. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting activities. Ensure all financial records are maintained in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

Support tax administration, including tax calculations, filings, and compliance requirements. Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and information. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding financial and accounting matters. Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting; fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are welcome to apply. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping processes. Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance requirements.
