The Finance & Accounting role is responsible for supporting comprehensive financial activities, including fixed assets, expenses, accounts receivable, bank transactions, and inventory reconciliation. The position ensures that all financial records are accurate, documented, and compliant with company policies and accounting standards.
Key responsibilities include preparing journal entries, performing month-end and year-end reconciliations, and supporting internal controls and audits. The role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing reporting timelines and identifying discrepancies in financial data.

- Review and verify OA/payment approval processes for fixed assets, expenses, and other operational purchases
- Record and maintain fixed asset, expense, accounts receivable, and bank-related transactions
- Maintain and update fixed asset records
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and customer balances, support collection follow-up, and reconcile expense and AR accounts
- Prepare and record journal entries for bank charges, foreign exchange, receipts, payments, and other accounting transactions
- Perform monthly, half-year, and year-end reconciliations
- Support Construction in Progress (CIP) accounting, internal controls, and internal/external audits
