This strategic role involves overseeing all financial accounting functions, leading the finance team, and providing critical financial insights to support decision-making. The manager will ensure accurate financial reporting, manage the hospital's financial health, and maintain operational excellence.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and oversee all financial accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, month-end closing); Prepare accurate financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow); Supervise and mentor the accounting team; Develop and implement financial controls and internal audit procedures; Manage the hospital's general ledger system; Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting; Liaise with external auditors; Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations; Prepare budget forecasts and financial reports for senior management.
