What You Will Contribute: As our Finance & Accounting Manager, you will be the financial anchor for The Cakap Group and our diverse portfolio of hospitality clients. Working closely with the Director and operational leaders, your primary focus will be driving financial strategy, ensuring strict compliance, and delivering accurate reporting to optimize profitability and support sustainable growth across our corporate entity and managed properties. What You Will Do:

Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial and accounting operations, including AR/AP, General Ledger, Payroll, and Cash Flow management for both corporate and client accounts. Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) to stakeholders. Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, managing the calculation, reporting, and payment of corporate taxes, PPN, PB1, PPh 21, PPh 23, and others.

Develop, implement, and monitor financial SOPs, budgeting frameworks, and internal controls for both existing operations and new pre-opening projects. Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Department Heads and General Managers to provide financial insights, track labor costs, and optimize Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).

Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, tax authorities, and independent auditors. Drive the financial onboarding and system integration (e.g., POS, PMS, Accounting software) for new restaurant and hotel clients. Who We’re Looking For:
