Finance Accounting Assistant Manager

Job Description Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger entries, sales reconciliation, and accounts receivable/accounts payable monitoring. Prepare and analyze financial reports, cash flow reports, and AR/AP aging reports to support business decision-making.
Review payment vouchers, online banking transactions, and supplier reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Oversee tax reporting, tax reconciliation between Coretax and ERP systems, and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations. Support internal audits, financial reporting requirements, and drive continuous improvements in finance and accounting processes.
Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and Tax, preferably within the retail or trading industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and financial reconciliation. Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with Coretax or similar tax systems is an advantage. Good analytical, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
